Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Vulnerability Reporting Page

You can send your vulnerability reporting via E-Mail to cra|at|sokratherm.de . This E-Mail must contain

• the location (country, postcode, town) and the object to which our machine supplies energy
• the type and the serial number of the machine or a photo of the typeplate
• the vulnerability issue you wish to report as well as
• your full contact data (name, address, E-Mail, phone number, organisation)

The E-Mail will be sent directly to the assigned team which will check the issue and forward it if valid. E-Mails which do not comply with the requirements named above will be deleted. Any unauthorized exploitation (e.g. for marketing or spam) of this reporting channel will be subject to legal action.
