adapt engineering is our new sister company

Since January 1st 2022 the company adapt engineering GmbH & Co. KG located in Nordhausen is our sister company. The renowned R&D partner for drive engineering has over 30 years of experience in the further development of engines and industrial applications. It was founded by former employees of the IFA-Motorenwerke Nordhausen and acquired by TÜV NORD in 2010.

Now adapt supports, again as an independent company, producers and suppliers of the energy technology and automotive industry. Adapt has extensive know-how, a top qualified staff and an excellent test bench equipment at its disposal.

Especially regarding hydrogen (H2) and special gas applications we will gain from the company’s competence and resources. The common interest of adapt and SOKRATHERM is the sustainable combustion engine and drives with a sustainable and efficient use of fuels.
