Hot cooling at 95/80 °C (flow/return) for e.g. trigeneration

Our natural gas powered CHP units can be equipped with a ‚Hot Cooling‘ function by installing enlarged heat exchangers. With this option, they can be operated with up tp 95 °C flow and 80 °C return flow temperature instead of the standard 90/70 °C.

This increased temperature level can be nessecary for the optimal operation of absorption chillers, to meet process heat requirements and other applications. Due to the higher operation temperatures, the nominal power of most CHP unit types is reduced by < 10 % when equipped as hot cooler.
