Video clip about municipal CHP schemes published by German Cogeneration Association

Vorschaubild KWK in Kommunen WMEAlso municipalities are affected by climate change and the need for a transition of the energy system. They are faced, for example, with the challenge of aligning the requirements of energy efficiency, climate protection and the conservation of historical buildings at the same time.

In order to demonstrate the various applications of cogeneration in municipalities, the German Cogeneration Association (Bundesverband Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung B.KWK) has published an informative video clip in German. By depicting best-practice examples in municipalities, it shows how cogeneration can be deployed flexible in cities and villages to reduce energy cost and CO2 emissions. Some of these examples have been provided by SOKRATHERM.

The B.KWK association provides the clip Moderne Energielösungen in Kommunen for free and explicitly allows to copy and spread it.
