CHP type series GG 50 and GG 70
The CHP type series GG 50 is the smallest compact module of
SOKRATHERM'S range of combined heat and power generators (CHP's).
Available in two power sizes in this category, the GG 50 generates
50 kW electric and the GG 70 70 kW electric power for environmentally
friendly production of electricity and heat.
Flexible use
SOKRATHERM'S CHPs offer customised solutions for
generating energy for various buildings, i.e. housing estates,
hospitals, swimming pools, schools, homes for the elderly as well
as for industrial sites. The heat that gets produced by generating
electricity can be used to heat the buildings or for process heat
for all year round production. The heat can also be used for
air conditioning.
This efficient use of all produced energy makes the running of a CHP
very economical. SOKRATHERM'S CHPs are also ecological in
producing energy: Compared to conventional energy production,
the CHP technology saves about 30% in primary energy and produces
less harmful emissions (60% less CO2). That is why CHPs are
financially supported by the german government.
